BLADE Show 2015 is in the books and I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time! Not only was I running the Instagram account for TTAK, posting up photos of cool and new products, but I got to meet some titans in the knife world. Among them Doug Ritter, Ethan Becker, Michael Collins, Sal Glesser, and more. I walked away with some cool hardware as well. You can read my recap here.

Camp The 50 States: West Virginia

It was a glorious autumn weekend when we set out for the Cranberry River Wilderness, part of the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia. Getting up before dawn on a Friday morning, we left the morning commuters behind and drove west from Washington, D.C.
Rather than take Interstate-81 south, we jumped over the border to West Virginia as soon as we could, where the highways quickly got smaller and smaller, until there was only a single lane of traffic in either direction. To Use, Or Not To Use?
StandardAfter recieving the Folts Minimalist pictured above, complete with laser etched logo from CRKT Chopfest 2014, I briefly wondered if I should use it, or preserve it as a collectible. What would you do?
